Umaru Ali Shinkafi Polytechnic, Sokoto (formally the Polytechnic of Sokoto State), is a State owned Polytechnic established to provide quality technical, vocational, entrepreneurial, scientific and technological education for the production of competent middle and high-level manpower capable of contributing meaningfully to national development. The Polytechnic offers National Diploma (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND), Diploma and Certificate programmes in diverse disciplines.
