We’re building the AI platform for energy installers - and rethinking how an entire industry works. Founded in 2023, we graduated from Y Combinator in 2024 and have grown into a team of 70+ at our Berlin office near Weinbergspark. More than 2,000 customers across Europe already use autarc. Now we’re setting our sights on the next stage of growth.

As our Growth Manager, you’ll help make it happen. Find unexpected ways to reach customers, put a fresh spin on proven channels and turn bold ideas into measurable results. You’ll have the freedom to experiment, the ownership to move fast and a clear mission: discover what brings in customers - then scale it.

• Discover new acquisition opportunities: Find channels, platforms and partnerships that reach our target customers, including places where software companies have little presence today.
• Reinvent proven channels: Develop fresh approaches to email, LinkedIn, webinars, referrals, events and paid campaigns. Connect them into coordinated journeys that turn interest into action.
• Launch experiments quickly: Define your audience, hypothesis and success criteria, then get initial tests live within days. Create the content, landing pages and workflows yourself or with the team.
• Build visibility that generates business: Establish autarc’s presence on industry platforms, in professional communities and through trade associations. Turn that presence into partnerships, joint content, events and qualified opportunities.
• Reach audiences across markets: Adapt messaging and distribution to national and international audiences. Identify what transfers across markets and what needs a local approach.
• Measure through to acquisition: Work with sales to track qualified leads, demos and paying customers. Use conversion rates, customer acquisition costs and revenue to assess performance.
• Scale what works: Stop low-potential experiments, improve promising ones and turn successful tests into repeatable acquisition channels.

• Practical experience in growth, marketing, customer acquisition or building your own business or project.
• Concrete examples of customers you helped acquire, with measurable results and a clear explanation of your contribution.
• Creativity in how you approach a challenge and discipline in how you evaluate the outcome.
• A hands-on approach: you are comfortable writing copy, building a landing page, launching a campaign or initiating a partnership.
• Confidence working with metrics. You can explain what would make an experiment successful and when you would stop it.
• The ability to move quickly, prioritise and make progress with incomplete information.
• Strong communication skills in German and English, with curiosity about different markets and audiences.
• Experience using AI and automation to test ideas faster and make successful processes more efficient.
