We are building a new team that takes end-to-end ownership of AI initiatives – from strategy through to production. In many AI projects, there is a gap between the strategy and what ultimately makes it into production and creates real business value. That is exactly the gap we close.

Our work does not stop at the concept stage, nor does it begin with a finished specification. An initiative stays in the same hands from the first idea to a production system that delivers measurable impact. We are driven by outcomes, not by the traditional consulting model. Our clients are primarily DAX and Fortune Global 500 companies.

You will join the founding team and help shape what we build, not just how we build it. We work with the latest models and tools and choose the technologies we need to deliver the best results for our clients. There is no prescribed tech stack – we use the right tool for each challenge.
This role goes well beyond traditional AI engineering. You will shape technical solutions from the initial idea through to production and work closely with senior decision-makers on both the client and management side.

What you’ll do as part of our new FDE team: 

• You own the architecture and technical delivery of the AI solution end to end – from strategy through to production.
• You build agentic systems, RAG pipelines, and LLM integrations in real-world enterprise environments.
• Agentic coding tools are part of your daily workflow: you use them to build solutions, accelerate code reviews, and create deployment pipelines.
• You are involved from the very first idea, not just once the specification is finalized – giving you the opportunity to grow deeper into the strategic and commercial side of the business.
• You stay accountable through to the outcome: you do not hand off responsibility but drive the solution all the way through until it is live and delivering measurable impact.
• You own and defend your technical decisions directly at the executive level, leading these conversations yourself rather than through an intermediary.

• You take ownership of the entire outcome, not just one part of it. You stay accountable until the solution is live in production and delivering measurable impact. You bring a founder and product mindset rather than simply executing assigned tasks.
• You build hands-on, at the highest level – and think beyond the code. From an engineering perspective, you have already deployed LLM-based systems to production and understand the business rationale behind them, not just the architecture.
• You can hold your own at the executive level. You have personally owned and defended technical decisions in front of senior executives. You bring that experience with you – this is not something we will first need to develop.
• A proven track record of taking LLM-based systems into production – ideally in a Forward-Deployed Engineer or Founding Engineer role.
• Excellent, production-grade Python skills, including technologies and practices such as FastAPI, containers, Git, and CI/CD, combined with a deep understanding of agentic architectures, retrieval methods, and function calling.
• You use agentic coding tools as a core part of your engineering workflow, not as a gimmick – including when building deployment pipelines.
• You are eager to go beyond the boundaries of traditional engineering roles and develop deeper expertise on the strategic side of the business.
• Ideally, you have experience in one or more of our core industries: Financial Services, Transportation & Logistics, Energy & Utilities, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Public Sector, Automotive, or Defence. More important than specific industry experience, however, is your ability to quickly understand and operate effectively in new and often highly regulated environments.
• German at C1 level or above and full professional proficiency in English.
• Willingness to work regularly on-site with clients.
• A completed degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field (Bachelor’s degree or higher).
